  • Hanging in there.

    I got up yesterday and did my three mile run.  Then I came back home and ate breakfast while watching the morning news.  I love mornings like this where I get some time to myself before I start my work.  I need this.  It helps me through my day.


     


    I had an appointment at 8 p.m. in Irvine.  So before then I hit the gym again and did some weights and afterwards got on the treadmill for another 20 minutes.  Felt good.  I’m looking forward to my burn tomorrow.


     


    Tired now.  Going to sleep….

  • hey! i have a stupid question.  i'm going to hk/thailand soon, and i was wondering if you bought an adapter kit for your blow dryer, curling iron, what not.  and if so, where do you know where i can find one?

  • I'm the same way; I need to watch Martha Stewart or Regis and Kelly in the mornings while eating breakfast or checking email. I wonder why it helps?

  • treadmills are harder. and yes.. they make my legs feel weird, too. like muscles that shouldn't be sore are sore.. am i running wrong? i'm running on the streets (at the park) on saturdays.... during the week, it saves me time going to the gym. but i kind of want to do streets...

  • wow you are totally dedicated! i tried to wake up at 8 am to run today and i just couldn't get up! hehee...

  • I get up as early as 4:00am sometimes in order to have some time to myself.  It's so chaotic here all the time with the kids and the dog...etc.

  • Are u still working out this hard now?  I wish i can keep this kind of thing up like u. :)
