Weekends go by so fast now that I’m pregnant.
I feel like I barely got enough rest and it’s time to go back to work again.
Lately I’ve stopped feeling as nauseous in the mornings, I’ve started feeling hungry again. I usually have a small breakfast though, since mornings are still iffy as to how I’ll feel after I eat. Actually, I take that back. I’m iffy after I eat all day. Most of the time I feel okay. But no matter how hungry I am, I have to remind myself to eat slowly and don’t over eat. If I do, it’s coming back out in less than an hour. But not over eating isn’t like before anymore; eating a small sensible meal. Not over eating now means eating a teeny-tiny bit at once. Most of the time it’s not very satisfying, but I guess it’s better than feeling sick afterwards. I have no food cravings. Though since being pregnant I have started eating more fruits. Not really because I crave them, but more for the reason that I can usually keep it down and it feels refreshing.
I did do a few things this weekend; watched UP, met up with my mom to shop for her living room furniture set and television, made some food, … what else… that was it. Not much. I managed to get one load of laundry done. Oh, went to 99 Ranch and Costco. I got a huge box of cherries, whole box of mangos, and a gigantic case of oranges. Also a citrus juicer. Fresh orange juice is the best.
Gonna go shower and get ready for bed. Sleep is what I enjoy the most these days, especially now that I get this weird headache that comes and goes. I have a feeling it’s a symptom of pregnancy as well.
Hope everyone had a nice weekend.

We had a great weekend, although the days tend to mesh together being on Mat Leave.
Of course I'll add you to my protected, I didn't realize you wern't on it! I'll go and do that now.
yah me and my friends all had headaches at once point in our pregnancies for awhile but luckily that goes away too wait time. But you can take tylenol if it's pretty severe! Get in as much sleep as u can get...ur body needs it!!!
i totally missed ur other post ... congrats!
Have I mentioned, I am so happy I can now mention your happy news publicly?! YAYAYAY!
Ah, the joys of pregnancy. I have to say I've never had the keeping-food-down problem, but oh I've had my share of issues. At least your skin isn't breaking out like crazy, like mine did for the first tri when I was pregnant with Jack. I always dreamed that in my second pregnancy, I could be a woman of leisure, but nope, instead, this has been the busiest time ever! Oh well. I can relax in my old age, I guess!
Get as much rest as you can now!
@bevconeal - I do think I have it easy compared to some of the things I see/hear other women experience. Small price to pay for such a miracle.
I showed my mom your house pictures. She loves it. She also loves shopping/buying/decorating/designing. And she also suggested when you have time before or after delivery, she would like to visit you at your new place. (I keep her pretty updated with what's going on with you too.)
joy joy joy. I can't wait till my next doctor appointment. Next one will be next Friday for the routine exam. And the no 07/01 is the gender ultrasound. I can't wait! Time seems to go so slow.
@My_Enigma_Heart - Oh, yeah! There are some women out there with truly traumatic pregnancy experiences.
We're lucky!
I would love for you and your mom to come visit. Weekdays are generally better because the next few weekends are really booked up. Or you can come after I have the baby and you can see baby AND the house!
It won't be that much longer, I don't think.
Quite worthwhile data, thanks for your post.
