  • We leave for our trip after work tomorrow! Woo hoo! Gonna get into work, do everything back to back, FAST, and try to get outta there a little bit earlier. Say, around 4:30pm. I’m done doing my laundry right now, but I doubt I’ll pack. Too tired to be lugging my carry-on everywhere around the house right now. Actually, I really should be getting ready for bed, but still hanging onto the last of my energy. Time at home away from work is precious.

    I didn’t wake up in time for work out this morning, cause I went to sleep at 4am after I finally finished all the work stuff I was working on. So for lunch, I got myself to the gym in 5 minutes, and powered through a quick 45 minute workout. Even though it was rushed, it still feels good to squeeze some exercise in. I did brisk walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes and then 25 minutes of light weights. Did a couple reps for my shoulders and chest. I was only using 25 pound dumbbells which look significantly smaller than what I normally use, and guy next to me kept eyeing me. Must be my round, round belly. But rest assured, I do tell my doctor everything I’m doing to make sure EVERYTHING I’m doing is safe for Baby and me.

    Okay, going to sleep. Should sleep in for a little longer as I’m feeling pretty burnt out today. Gonna try to squeeze in one last lunch-gym session during lunch tomorrow for some circuit training.

  • hi!  not sure if i congratulated you on your pregnancy, but congrats!!!  i'm glad things are going well for you and baby =)  enjoy your trip and relax!!!  wow, are you still working out???  that's great!!  i worked out too during my pregnancy...i think up until my 7th month??  i'm convinced all the activity is what made G come out a week early =)

  • @yun_bug - thank u! so coming out a week early is good right?  I think that sounds better than a week late.  Hopefully Baby comes out before 12/03.  I heard after that date (or is it the 5th), then he has to wait an extra year before enrolling in school!
