I feel great this morning! Probably because I went to sleep at 8:30p.m. I got up today at 5 a.m. to make S breakfast to-go. But I also wanted to head out earlier today. I’ve been waking up earlier and earlier. I want to eventually start getting out of bed every day between 4:00a.m. – 4:30a.m. I feel like I can get so much more done when I get a head start in the day. I think early mornings are the best time to get some time to myself; workout, yoga, have some coffee, make breakfast… By the time everyone is ready to get up and head out to work, I’d already have had an extra 4 hours to myself. It’s very therapeutic. Gonna hop in the shower and head straight to the office now.
I also made myself breakfast to take to the office. Today I just made ham and egg sandwich with light mayo. Not sure what lunch is going to be, but I’ll figure it out later. I might stop by Trader Joe’s before getting into the office; pick up a salad, chicken with rice pilaf, or similar.
